Marta Passalacqua
Marta Passalacqua graduated in 2016 from the Polytechnic of Turin in Building Engineering. She obtained a second level Master’s Degree in BIM Management from the Fratelli Pesenti Master School of the Polytechnic of Milan. In June 2017 she began her collaboration with GAe Engineering, focusing on fire-prevention and event safety design. Marta was promoted to BIM Manager in January of 2018 where she has been developing the integration of fire and life safety elements within the modelling design and construction processes. Furthermore, in 2024, she obtained a first level Master's degree in Fire Safety Engineering from the Free University of Bolzano. She participated together with Dr. Amaro in various editions of the Italian contest Digital & BIM Award, achieving second place in 2020 with the project "Anti-Covid Distancing Measures – The Cinema Case Study" in the "Digital & Covid-19" category; second place in 2021 with the project "Dynamic Management of Time and Space in Office Work" in the "Smart Occupancy" category; and first place in 2024 with the project "Safety Information Modeling: From Historical Context to Virtual Reality" in the "Operational Building Management" category
