Serrano is part of the founding team of Structuralia (2001). He has been leading Structuralia as CEO and President since 2011. Structuralia is the leading international Training School specializing in the fields of Engineering, Infrastructure, Services and Energy. Prior to that, he worked in OHL (one of the biggest construction companies in Spain) and as a consultant in Arthur Andersen for almost two years (1998-2000). Serrano is founder of IMAGEEN, a leading Spanish company in the development, implementation and operation of virtual reality services applied to cultural tourism. Serrano was graduated as a Civil Engineer in 1998 in the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and he also obtained his degree in Geography and History in 2021, having also achieved an executive Master in e-business (Universidad de Alcalá) and another Master in Infrastructures Management (E.O.I). He has studied 5 years at "Escuela de Filosofía". Serrano is also an expert in Bioclimatic Architecture (UPM).
