José María Correa Arenas
José María is an Architect and Structural Engineer with ten years’ experience leading the development of large-scale international projects. He currently holds the position of Associate at Bryden Wood Technology. His expertise spans a wide range of sectors, including residential, commercial, healthcare, aviation, and pharmaceutical facilities, with a recent focus on data centre buildings. He specialises in Industrialised Construction and Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA). In addition, he lectures on a postgraduate course, where he shares his professional insights into the principles and practical applications of offsite construction. He focuses on driving innovation within the industry.
