Background in Sustainable Finance as Technical Investment Director for a Private Equity Management Firm, Suma Capital SGECR, managing the Energy Efficiency Fund I, specialized in energy retrofits obtaining returns from the energy savings. Participated as the Energy and Sustainability Expert for the ADEME (French Energy and Environmental Agency) and UNWTO (World Tourism Organization) and for European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Asla Green Solutions is a USGBC Member and BREEAM Spain Authorized Organization. Her credentials include WELL & LEED Faculty, WELL AP, LEED AP BD+C, LEED AP ID+C, LEED O+M, BREEAM Assessor Homes, In Use International and New Construction, Parksmart Advisor and DGNB Spain. Since 2018 She is the Chair of the GBCI Credentialling Committee the organism that manages certifications like LEED, WELL and SEA. Professor at the IE School of Architecture & Design since 2018 on Sustainable Property Practice in the Master in Real Estate Development in Madrid Spain and at the Madrid Hub of the Istituto Europeo di Design of Milan teaching Ecodesign for Total and Interior Design. Speaker at Greenbuild USA & Europe conferences as well as other specialized conferences in real estate, energy efficiency, sustainability and wellbeing.
