Cesar is the founder of Aalter.ai, a startup focused on providing automated architecture and interior design solutions. He worked at Zaha Hadid Architects within the Computation and Design Group building configurators, automating design workflows for early competition stages and rationalizing complex geometry

He currently teaches at UCL Bartlett School of Architecture, a research-based unit on computational participatory design and digital fabrication. He holds a Master in Architecture and Urbanism degree with Distinction from the Architectural Association Design Research Laboratory (AADRL) and a Master in Business and Administration (MBA) from the IESA Institute.
