Jerónimo van Schendel Erice
Jerónimo van Schendel is an architect graduated from UPM-ETSAM (2010) and holds a Master's degree (M.Arch II) with Honors from Harvard University (2016), specializing in innovation in construction. Currently serving as the co-founder and CEO of Bildia, an AI-enabled software ecosystem for B2B construction commerce, Jerónimo is at the forefront of driving innovation in the field. Additionally, he holds the position of Director of the Master in Business for Architecture and Design (MBArch) at IE University, an institution where he teaches Professional Practice, Value Creation Through Design, and Entrepreneurship. Jerónimo actively contributes to the sector's transformation by mentoring startups in the construction and sustainability vertical for the U.S.-based Plug and Play Tech Center, the IE Entrepreneurship Center (Area 31) in Madrid, and the startup accelerator of the Polytechnic University of Madrid, ActúaUPM.
