Juan S. Rocha is an Architect with a bachelor’s degree from Universidad de Los Andes (Bogotá, Colombia, 2010) and a master’s degree in Construction and Technology from Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid (Madrid, Spain, 2018). He begans my career by collaborating with architects Alejandro Cavanzo and Fernando de La Carrera (Delacarrera-Cavanzo, Bogotá), then advanced to roles as a Construction Manager. Later, he served as the Lead Architect at TITAN Prefabricados (Colombia’s largest precast manufacturer). Currently, he is the Architect of the Technical Office at Prefabricados PONCE. He has specialized in prefabricated facades for over eight years, contributing to renowned buildings in South America and Europe. He is passionate about industrialized construction and am convinced of its benefits for cleaner, faster, higher-quality, and more sustainable construction practices.
