Dr Sikiru Ganiyu is a Senior Lecturer in Project Management at Teesside University International Business School, Middlesbrough, United Kingdom. Before joining Teesside University, he had taught architecture modules for several years in Nigeria and worked as a research fellow at the Big Data Enterprise and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (Big-DEAL), University of the West of England, UK. His background is Architecture and Environmental Science with a PhD in Construction Project Management. His research interest is in project management, circular economy, construction knowledge management, and the application of digital technologies to address real-life challenges within the built environment. He has published extensively in reputable journals and made presentations at several international conferences across the globe.
