He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Yıldız Technical University, Istanbul. He currently serves as Project Manager & Design & Technical Services Consultant at Radisson Hotel Group in Türkiye, where he oversees a portfolio of 40 operating hotels and over 20 projects under development. His responsibilities include technical due diligence, design management, construction monitoring, and ensuring compliance with brand standards, quality & quantity requirements, fire & life safety and sustainability objectives. André Malheiro is an architect and founder of AM Fusion Lab, a Portugal-based studio working at the intersection of architecture and technology. He holds a Master of Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto and an advanced European Master's in BIM (BIM A+), jointly delivered by the University of Minho and Politecnico di Milano. Over more than a decade in the AEC sector he has worked as a BIM consultant and specialist, and has contributed to the advancement of open BIM standards through buildingSMART Portugal. At AM Fusion Lab, André unites rigorous design with digital tools — BIM, VR and AI — to protect design intent from first concept through to construction, so that spatial quality, materiality and the human experience of a building survive the full delivery process.
