Terms & Conditions

Please review the following terms, policies, and guidelines governing participation in BuildTech Week 2027.

Terms & Conditions

  • This Conference is organized and managed by The People Events.
  • We may publicly announce our business relationship with you, including social media announcements.
  • Registrations are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
  • Invoices can be requested online or via email.
  • The official language of the conference is English.
  • Each applicant may submit and present up to two abstracts under one enrolment.

Authors & Publications

  • Accepted authors must register, pay, attend, and present their papers.
  • Unpresented papers will not be included in the proceedings.
  • Each attending author must complete individual registration.
  • Accepted papers and abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings.

Refund Policy

  • Substitute delegates are allowed with at least 2 weeks prior notice.
  • 60+ days before the event: Full refund excluding charges.
  • 30–60 days before the event: 75% refund excluding charges.
  • Less than 30 days before the event: No refund.
  • Discounted registrations are non-refundable.

Cancellation & Substitution Policy

  • 100% refund if the organizer cancels the event.
  • Registrations may be transferred to another participant.
  • No transfer requests are accepted within 30 days of the event.
  • Invitation letters become void upon registration cancellation.

Visa Information

  • Participants should apply for a Business Visa.
  • The People Events cannot communicate with embassies on behalf of applicants.
  • Visa rejection is not covered under the cancellation policy.

Transportation & Airfare

  • Participants are responsible for their own transportation, accommodation, and airfare expenses.

Publicity Policy

  • Participants grant permission for photography, video, and promotional recordings.

Liability

  • Organizers are not liable for changes, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances.

Insurance

  • Participants are advised to arrange their own travel and medical insurance.

Conference Badges

  • Conference badges are mandatory for access to all event functions.

Sponsors & Exhibitors

  • Full payment must be received within 30 days of invoice issuance.
  • Sponsorship acceptance is subject to organizer approval.

Sponsor Cancellation Policy

  • 50% retention for cancellations between 12 and 3 months before the event.
  • 100% retention for cancellations within 3 months of the event.

Student Registration

  • Students must provide a valid student ID card or institution letter to qualify for discounted registration.

Disclaimer

  • The organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the conference without liability.

Consent to Use Photographic, Video & Audio Recordings

Official photographs, videos, and audio recordings captured during the event may be used by The People Events for promotional, marketing, educational, and future event-related purposes.
